About
About Fabio Martone
I am originally from Portici, near Naples, Italy, and I have been living and working in England since 2020. Since 1 January 2025, I have removed social media from my life, and my conversion to Islam has become part of a wider journey of faith, gratitude, discipline, and personal growth. I share this from my own experience, with respect and openness toward people from every background.
The face behind the journey
A life built through discipline, travel, faith, and learning.
This space is where I document the real process: walking more, eating better, reading daily, building discipline, staying grateful, and learning from every country, mistake, book, prayer, and season of life.
My Journey
Over the last few years I have completely changed my lifestyle. I stopped drinking alcohol, removed most ultra-processed foods from my diet, practice intermittent fasting daily, exercise regularly, and dedicate time every day to reading, learning, and self-improvement.
I have lived and worked abroad in Norway and the United Kingdom. Those experiences taught me resilience, independence, and adaptability. I have also visited more than 40 countries, which gave me a deep passion for travel, history, culture, and meeting people from different backgrounds.
